GSG Health Privilege Card or “GSG Card” is the Card (physical or virtual) Issue by GSG Innovations Pvt Ltd or “GSG” to members of corporate, of Institutions or of community of different size to assist the member to attain better health.
2. Issue of the Card
GSG Card is issued to the member after getting the Individuals details on standard Membership registration form with UID (unique identification number) assigned. UID will be authorised in 24-48 hours’ time from issuing the card.
3. Use of the Card
Members can use the GSG card with authorised UID to avail health privileges at Affiliates Networks across Cities.
Members are required to present the card to affiliate for availing the privilege.
Affiliate has all the right to verify the authenticity of the card and member before concluding the privileges.
Offered privileges can always at the final discretion of affiliates Network representative.

8. Processing fee
There will be one time processing fee for issuing the card, which include the cost of processing the member’s registration data, creating account and procuring the physical card. Processing fee is non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Your acceptance of the card confirms that it is your effort to achieve your health objective. We will not be liable to you and any subject matters of this regards, negligence, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special exemplary damage (including, without limitations)
10. Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSG, and its subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgements, settlements, costs, and expenses
11. Automatic acceptance
You hereby agree to accept the above terms and conditions and its updated versions, which will be updated without notice, by accepting to take GSG Card or by making use of the GSG Card or filling up the membership registration form.
